Policy on Unpaid Visits:

Unpaid visits will be charged as a single session/class.

For example: Jamie forgot her wallet and can’t pay for Tuesdays visit. When she comes next week she will need to pay full price for that class or session.

Unpaid visits cannot be included in a package.
Unpaid visits must be paid for before client's next session.
This policy change will be effective as of October, 15, 2019.

Policy on Auto-Renew:

All packages and memberships purchased after 10/15/19 are automatically be set to "auto-renew". Clients have control of that setting on their account via the portal.

For example: Jamie purchases a package of 5 privates. Once her last one is used her credit card will be charged for another package. This makes sure Jamie never has an unpaid visit and always the best possible price for her sessions/classes because she always has a valid and active package.

Auto renew requires a stored credit card on the client’s account in our secure studio management software.
Clients have complete control of turning auto renew settings off or on through their client portal.
By using auto-renew clients will always receive the package discounts.
If any of your packages are coming up on their expiration date (a year from purchase) you will be notified via email or text message, depending on what notification preferences you have set in your account.

To help you keep track of your packages and memberships, you will receive these reminder emails giving you plenty of time to keep your packages current.

When client has 1 Session/Class left on package
When client has 0 Sessions/Classes left on package
When Session/Class Package expires in 60 days, 30 days and 10 day
When Monthly Independent or Mat Membership expires in 10 days
When Session/Class Package or Monthly Membership is set to auto-renew in 4 days

For example: Jamie purchases a package of 5 privates. When she has 1 left she will receive an email encouraging her purchase a new package if she has turned her auto-renew off. When she has 0 left she will receive an email with a link to purchase a new package before her next session.

5 Stars for Cathy!! My daughter and I did introductory semi-private lessons with Cathy. We both have different issues and she has been very attentive and helpful to us both.
