About Helen
Helen’s journey to Pilates began with a passion for team sports like rugby and rowing, but years of intense activity led to chronic injuries and pain. Seeking relief, she discovered Osteopathy—a transformative experience that not only healed her body but inspired a new career path. Helen resigned from her job in London’s financial district and retrained as an Osteopath, eventually opening a thriving multidisciplinary health clinic in London, where she and her team helped thousands recover from conditions like back pain, arthritis, headaches, migraines and sports injuries.
Her discovery of Pilates, following injuries from the birth of her son, became a natural extension of her Osteopathic practice. Realizing how tailored movement could accelerate recovery, she earned certifications in Stott Mat and Polestar Pilates. Today, Helen combines her clinical experience from Osteopathy with Pilates to design rehabilitation programs that address the root causes of pain, helping clients build strength, mobility, and confidence.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to move better, Helen’s supportive and approachable style makes exercise enjoyable—her favorite mantra, “Motion is Lotion!”, says it all.
When she’s not teaching, Helen enjoys supporting her British sports teams from afar, dancing in Zumba classes, kayaking, and walking with her spaniel Oreo. She is also studying Myofascial Release Techniques so that she can help her clients with some hands on therapy in the future. Come say hello and discover how Helen’s unique blend of Osteopathy and Pilates can help you live pain-free and move your best—no matter where you’re starting from!

Donna M
I am happy I found the Pilates Studio! The Reformer workouts allow me to target my weak spots and tone the whole of me. It's helped alleviate the aches and pains caused by sitting at my desk job and speeded recovery from joint replacement. Altogether it's been great. 12/13/23
Margaret M
I realize how therapeutic the movements on the reformer are for regaining core strength in my aging body. Also, the studio is spacious enough for me to feel comfortable. Lastly, the instructor, Libby, was very encouraging!
