Laurie was the studio manager and instructor for over 18 years. Now she is in charge of marketing and program design at the studio as well as consulting for other Pilates Studios across the world. Laurie loves thunderstorms and “The Office”.

Katrina has been teaching Pilates since 2001. She is a well known educator for Polestar Pilates and loves traveling the country teaching others to teach. She loves cats and politics.

Movement integration is at the heart of Maureen’s movement teaching and practice. She has taught Pilates since 2004, originally training with Jacqueline Ethier in Fletcher Pilates® in Ottawa, Canada.
Cathy Lawlor

Cathy enjoys teaching and forming personal connections with her clients while watching their growth in the movement experience. She has a background in physical therapy, which she had been practicing for over 25 years with experience in early intervention, therapy for persons with developmental disabilities, rehabilitation, and geriatrics.
