This policy applies to private sessions scheduled for the same day and time each week, for a period extending beyond one month.
For All Other Sessions and Classes: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the full single rate being charged or deducted from your package. If no package exists in your account, you will be charged the full single rate.
Office Hours: The studio's office is closed over the weekends. For Monday sessions, please cancel by 5 pm on the preceding Friday.
Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy, which ensures that we can compensate our instructors for the time reserved for your visit.
