- All sales are final; no refunds will be provided.
- Class and session payments must be made prior to attendance.
4. Booking and Cancellations
- Private recurring sessions: Cancellations require at least 1-week notice.
- All other sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
- The studio office is closed on weekends; Monday cancellations should be made by 5 pm Friday.
5. Expiration of Packages and Memberships
- Packages expire one year from the purchase date unless otherwise noted.
- Monthly memberships auto-renew, and unused classes do not roll over.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
By registering for our services, you agree to receive promotional, informational, and marketing messages from The Pilates Studio.
