The Pilates Studio offers private sessions, group apparatus and mat classes, workshops, and teacher training. We also sell a limited selection of retail items.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through Mindbody.
  • All sales are final; no refunds will be provided.
  • Class and session payments must be made prior to attendance.

4. Booking and Cancellations

  • Private recurring sessions: Cancellations require at least 1-week notice.
  • All other sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
  • The studio office is closed on weekends; Monday cancellations should be made by 5 pm Friday.

5. Expiration of Packages and Memberships

  • Packages expire one year from the purchase date unless otherwise noted.
  • Monthly memberships auto-renew, and unused classes do not roll over.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By registering for our services, you agree to receive promotional, informational, and marketing messages from The Pilates Studio.

Types of Messages

  • Promotional messages related to discounts, offers, and studio events

Waitlist Notifications

Kay introduced me to pilates and the Pilates Studio about seven years ago. It changed my whole body, my posture, made me much stronger, more agile and balanced, and taught me all kinds of tricks for managing back pain and working out the kinks from hours spent in front of a computer screen. Each class feels like putting myself back together again and it is a glorious feeling.  Maybe it is the endorphins, the fabulous teachers, or the friends I've made there, but that feeling keeps me coming back. As the years go by and my body changes, I am still learning, feeling glorious and grateful, after every class at Pilates Studio.

I really didn't know what to expect when I met with Katrina last year for her to evaluate my legs and hips after both of my hips had been replaced two years ago. She knew exactly what exercises I  needed to rebuild my strength and balance. The pilate exercise equipment has given my back support so that I have been pain  free during all of the training. In the small group I attend, there is a mixture of  ages and abilities, and each of us works on our own set of exercises under Katrina's direction. She couldn't be kinder. Even though there are pilates studies closer to me in Westfield, it is worth it to drive to Hadley for the excellent training I experience there.
