I was very attached to all my activities from Before, and then when they all shut down I thought, 'Well, tele-Pilates is better than nothing.' After more than two months, I can't believe how much better and stronger I feel! My body clearly needed Pilates more than some of the other things I was doing (I'm lookin' at you, eliptical machine). Plus it's so great just rolling out my mat every morning and Zooming a class. I don't think I'll ever give this up.
