Now Hiring: Pilates Instructors

We are a large Pilates Studio with a dedicated 8 camera live stream studio in Hadley, MA.
We're looking for 1-3 committed and motivated instructors to join our team.
Applicants need to be available a minimum of ten hours per week including daytime, evening and/or weekend hours. Preference will be given to those who are interested in building their schedule up to 20 hours or more.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Comprehensive Certification in Pilates - and/or - Extensive Comprehensive Training along with Mat Certification
- NCPT certified or willing to become certified upon being hired.
Your Role, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
- Teach single and semi-private Pilates sessions from beginner to advanced levels - using various Pilates apparatus (reformer, chair, tower, ladder barrel)
- Teach Reformer classes from beginner to advanced levels.
- Teach online (live) virtual Pilates classes.
- Complete a paid 5 hour Mindbody Online Certification training.
- Work with the whole team to provide well-rounded service for all clients.
- Work with our marketing team to create opportunities for growth and career advancement.
- Represent our company by upholding our brand, participate in videos, social media, and marketing campaigns when directed.
- Staying informed of all studio services, offerings and promotions.
- Participate in continuing education; trainings, workshops, self practice, collaboration with other instructors.
