All Studio Communications

We want to make sure you always know the best way to reach us and how we communicate with you. Below is a quick guide to our different contact methods and what to expect from each. 

How to Reach a Staff Member

  • These phone numbers and email connect you directly with our staff (usually Julie!)
  • If you text us, you are agreeing to receive texts about your schedule or questions related to your account.
  • We do not use this number for marketing, promotions, or mass messages—only one-on-one communication.
  • Our office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. All messages received outside business hours will be returned the next business day.

The following communications are automated and you can opt in/opt out and choose your text/email preferences through direct links in the footer of any of these emails. Or ask us for help!

Automated Text Messages

 Texts from 413-252-8675 

  • Messages include booking / cancellation confirmations, reminders, and payment receipts.
  • If you reply to these texts, your message will not reach a person.
  • Waitlist Notifications: If you're on a class waitlist, you must be opted into text messages to receive updates.
  • Opt Out: Reply STOP at any time.
  • Opt In: Reply START to resume receiving messages.

Automated Account Management Emails 

 Emails from business807156@mindbodyonline.com

  • Messages include booking / cancellation confirmations, reminders, and payment receipts.
  • If you reply to these emails they will reach us (Usually Julie) in the office email inbox 
  • Waitlist notifications are NOT sent via email—only via text from 413-252-8675.

Studio News, Class Updates & Events

 Emails from noreply@hirefrederick.com

  • Sent to our entire mailing list with news about new classes, teacher updates, studio events, and schedule changes.
  • These emails may go to spam or your promotions folder. To ensure you receive them, add this email to your contacts and mark it as a safe sender.
  • Who is Frederick (@hirefrederick.com)? Frederick is just the name of the system Mindbody uses for promotional email communication. Frederick is similar to Mail Chimp.
  • We respect your inbox and limit how often we send messages through this channel. We hope you stay subscribed so you never miss out on what's going on.

Feedback Requests

 Emails from noreply@hirefrederick.com

  • Every so often, you’ll get a quick request to tell us how we’re doing. These go out:
    • No more than once every 60 days
    • Only if it’s been 90 days since you last left feedback
  • We value your input—it helps us know what’s working and where we can improve.
    These emails are considered part of our Studio News, Class Updates & Events list, so if you unsubscribe from this list, you won’t receive studio updates.
