CoreAlign Classes Are Here

If you’ve been taking Reformer classes and are ready for the next challenge, this is it.

The majority of CoreAlign work happens upright—stepping, lunging, balancing, and moving in ways that feel surprisingly similar to real life… just a little wobblier. Think of it as Pilates in motion, with a strong focus on gait, posture, and coordination.

Originally designed for rehab and injury prevention, CoreAlign is now a favorite for athletic training—and for anyone who wants to feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected on their feet.

*Katrina and Audrey incorporate the Oov into their CoreAlign teaching.

CoreAlign classes take place in our new downstairs classroom. Enter through the building’s main door and head down the brick staircase. signage coming soon! These classes are included in your Apparatus package or membership.

Please note: CoreAlign is intended for clients with at least three months of regular Reformer experience. The exercises build on familiar Pilates concepts but applies them in less familiar positions, requiring attention, adaptability, and steady pacing.

Those platforms underneath Molly? They slide. Which means this plank is anything but boring. CoreAlign turns even the most familiar moves into a whole-body challenge.

It might look like a lunge but the sliding carts turn a simple movement into a full-body coordination challenge. Laurie says it feels like ice skating. Every step demands focus, balance, and a little bravery.

Standing work on CoreAlign asks your whole body to organize at once. Molly is focused, steady, and doing a heck of a lot more work than it looks.

She's also having a lot of fun.

It’s not about getting it perfect—it’s about staying curious, engaged, and willing to wobble. Molly’s encouraging cues and Laurie’s smile say everything about the kind of learning we love at the studio.

Laurie thought this felt like the Mermaid on the Reformer—at first. But a few moments in, it took a turn: this side bend was way more demanding than expected.

Tilly’s giving this setup her full attention. We’re not sure what she’s learning, but she seems very committed—and with her natural coordination, we’re frankly a little jealous.
