I can't say enough good things about The Pilates Studio. Welcoming, professional, miracle workers. Katrina and Maureen were pivotal in speeding my recovery from a difficult back surgery. I am pain-free strong, flexible, and mobile once again because of their instruction and care. Julia manages the scheduling and admin seamlessly. It's a pleasure to be a part of the studio's clientele.
