Hi everyone,
Summer is here, which means many of our teachers will be taking some well-earned time away to travel, be with family, rest, and continue their own learning.
Because of that, you may see more substitute teachers on the schedule than usual over the next several weeks. We want you to know that we are working hard behind the scenes to keep the class schedule as consistent as possible, because we know how important your regular Pilates routine is.
When your usual teacher is away, we strongly encourage you to keep coming to class.
A substitute teacher does not mean your class is less important, less valuable, or less connected to your progress. In fact, taking class with different teachers is something we highly recommend.
Each teacher brings a slightly different eye, different cues, different movement patterns, and different ideas. That variety can help you understand your body in a new way and often supports the work you have already been doing with your regular teacher.
We know summer can make routines feel easier to interrupt, but this is exactly when consistency matters. If you have been making progress, feeling stronger, moving better, or simply building the habit of showing up, we want to help you keep that going.
Our goal is to support both sides of the studio community: helping our teachers take the time off they need, while also protecting the consistency and care our clients count on.
Thank you for staying committed to your routine and for being open to learning from the full teaching team.
