The Pilates Studio provides expert Pilates instruction to clients of all ages. The instructors are Polestar Pilates Practitioners and certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. We provide individualized private instruction, small group sessions, group mat, and group apparatus classes. The studio is a a Polestar Pilates affiliate and hosts Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Trainings & continuing education courses for Polestar Pilates and OOV Education. Our clients experience more freedom of movement in their lives. The teachers here are at the forefront of helping clients reach their movement and fitness goals. Whether a client is recovering from injury or working to improve athletic performance we're here and ready to assist.

Whether you are preparing for hip surgery or your next marathon, our instructors are professionally trained and dedicated, helping clients meet their goals. We have the most options for your Pilates practice, including unlimited live streaming, group reformer classes, private sessions, and more.

We've been in Hadley for 20 years and have worked with thousands of clients. Some have even been with us the entire time!

We have clients that are children, but because of Covid 19 restrictions we currently Donï¿½t have the ability for children to come and wait while their parent has a session or class.

Pilates is very mindful fitness practice that requires Focus and attention, so there are no TVs to watch.

We currently cannot have events at the location due to social distancing requirements.

Yes there is plenty of parking available.

This is a truly special studio. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and funny. The other people in the classes are friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are effective and joyous. (There’s nothing like laughing through a workout so that you feel good in body and mind afterwards!) My only complaint is that I can only get there when I travel for work - and that’s not nearly often enough. Can’t thank the lovely folks at The Pilates Studio enough for persistently positive experiences.
