This has been a lifesaver in so many ways. Laurie and Katrina are both such great instructors and Mark is the the tech genius support behind it all (I think? ;-) . Right away they addressed glitches and accessibility questions which was sooo helpful for those of us navigating this new land at home. Personally I am trying to learn how much I can actually do at home without it being too much for me. If one is new to pilates and in pretty good shape, I think going step by step with the beginner classes and on up to Intermediate and beyond is quite doable. For those with extenuating physical issues, I'd say take it slow and modify or don't do anything you can't do. I guess thats the most difficult part of doing mat work when many of us are "disabled" by aging/injured bodies and trying to do this at home on a mat. BUT, though I miss all my Pilates people, it is wonderful to see Laurie and Katrina and still feel like i'm keeping myself in shape. And I can't say enough about how caring and compassionate they are during a horribly disruptive time in all our lives. Community is truly their motiviation and what they've done here proves that! i am forever grateful to call them my friends as well as my teachers! Thankyou and hugs
